As an integrative counsellor, I believe strongly that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and met with acceptance, without judgment. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, or navigating significant life changes, I offer compassionate and respectful support.

Our work together will be shaped around your individual needs. I aim to support you in developing greater clarity and self-understanding, while helping you recognise your own strengths and ways of coping with life’s challenges. My role is not to offer solutions or advice, but to walk alongside you as you explore what feels most important to you.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy and support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, burnout, stress, and low self-esteem. I believe you deserve a space where you feel safe, listened to, and valued.



Counselling can be either in person, online, or by telephone - whichever works best for you. My session fees are £50 for a 50-minute session and I offer an initial free telephone consultation of up to 20 minutes. Once we have had this call, if you feel you would like to continue working with me then we can arrange further sessions.
